Jack Frost Ice Cream Chalet

So, on September 23, 2023, my mom and sister joined me. My sister waited for our order to be ready and brought it to the car. She pointed out the large ice cream and asked who it belonged to. My mom said it was mine, but I quickly corrected her, saying, "No, that's yours!" I had opted for a sugar cone and couldn't help but wish I had chosen the large one instead. I'm not sure if a large sugar cone is available, but I plan to make one more visit to Jack Frost before the season ends. In my opinion, this is the best ice cream in the world! The owner is a wonderful person, and her staff are always very friendly.

My husband and I came here on a (very rare) date night tonight. Their info says they close at 10:00 pm. We arrived at 9:26 pm. People sitting at two different tables eating their ice cream. But upon walking up to the window, the windows were closed. People from one table informed us that they just closed. Over 30 minutes early. Very disappointed. Food: 4

Ordered a twist with sprinkles. I was told that their machine was broken but they could put it in a cup with a cone on top??? Doesn’t make much sense to me. Ordered a strawberry sundae instead and it came out half melted at the window. By the time I got home it was a complete mess. Don’t waste your time. Just wait for Culver’s to open across the street.
