I want to give a shout-out to the wonderful Hispanic lady who works the drive-thru on weeknights, particularly on February 20, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. She truly deserves a promotion! If you're a customer, please consider giving her a tip because she really earns it. She's incredibly friendly and puts in a lot of effort to excel at her job, showing an attention to detail that I've never seen at a drive-thru before. As someone who has worked hard at entry-level jobs to earn positive reviews, I really respect her dedication and hustle.
Visiting Carlsbad for the weekend, what an unpleasant experience at this jack location. Whatever is on this burger it ruined our dinner, totally gross. We also ordered stuffed jalapeños not even hot… cardboard breaded. Waste of time and money.
Restaurant didn't seem bust to me. Only one inside waiting. They knew I was there, we made eye contact , but waited a while to give my order. Went to bathroom, came back, saw same thing happen to gentleman looking get to someone's attention.
I went through the drive-thru and was surprised by how long the line was. However, it moved quickly, and before I knew it, I was placing my order and receiving my food. That was the fastest service I've ever experienced!

Very friendly and efficient staff. We?re a party of 15 and arrived late after a day at Lego land. They were very polite and the food was really fast and good.
Jack in the box has pretty good food but their tables and their chairs and especially the chair backs are sticky and dirty they need to be cleaned
Eat there quite often. I live nearby and like that it's open so late, for nights that I find it hard to sleep. The staff is really friendly.
