EDIT 2: Went to go use my voucher today. Drove around back to to find an employee (a line cook possibly) smoking next to the wide open service door that leads to the kitchen. Didn't place an order and drove off. EDIT: Was finally contacted by Corporateto see what happened, a refund was mailed to me in the form of a voucher. ORIGINAL: Absolute trash. Manager was super combativeeven after she had admitted she was wrong and still refused to refund me for the items that were missing from the order.Submitted multiple inquiries to try and get the money back from these missing items and (not to be funny) have not heard Jack...Would love someone to contact me to get this sorted out, but I am running...
The service here is quick and friendly, and there’s a lovely variety of food to choose from. Like most Jack in the Box locations, this one also has a drive-thru. I recommend trying the Jumbo Jack Hamburger, the Breakfast Jack Sandwich with bacon, the Chicken Fajita Pita, and the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Currently, the LA Metro Jack in the Box restaurants are running a promotion with the LA Rams; if the Rams score 2 touchdowns, customers can get a free Jumbo Jack Hamburger with the purchase of a large beverage. Overall, prices are very reasonable, especially with the value menu available.
Great curly pommes, quick service. For the passage, would recommend that checkout exchange the credit card and return it to you before you give your food instead of keeping it. Too many people go away without credit cards. Each other fast food restaurant always gives the credit card back before you get your food, so please just standardize the practice.
My husband just ordered some burgers and one of the burger's bread has mold. My 11 year old lucky open the box upside down. I tried calling so I could speak to the manager but no one answers the phone. The bread is obviously toasted on the grill. How could they miss the mold on the side that's not toasted?

My wife and I went out for dinner and were disappointed to be served old French fries that clearly had been sitting around all day. I spent over $22, expecting fresh fries, but that wasn't the case. With all the customers they get, I think they should be able to serve fresh, hot fries.
Hello my name is Matt and my family and I were there last week and the food (burgers and fries) that we ordered were burnt and the fries were cold and my son's hamburger bun had mold on it! How disgusting! Please someone contact me and help me resolve this issue

My son liked the Breakfast Jack and and my brother really liked the Meat Lover's Burrito. It's nice that breakfast is served all day.
