I came in here around 10pm. I typically don't expect much from a fast food place other than FAST food. This was the absolute longest time I ever had to wait at a fast food place just to order a few tacos. They are extremely short staffed. There were only two people working. The cashier was running back and forth dropping fries in oil and packing bags for orders while every once in awhile coming back to take an order. I don't blame the two workers. They were doing the best they could given the circumstances. A couple of the tacos could have been cooked a bit longer but it is what it is. Will I be coming back to this jack in the box? Tried the ultimate bacon burger, curly fries and fountain coke. The curly fries were good. The burger was okay, however the bacon wasn't crispy at all. The soda was terrible, it wasn't even close to tasting right. The food later gave me really bad gas and a slight stomach ache. I will say the portions were good for getting a small meal. I still feel it's a little over priced as it was more than $10.

I was order two number 12 large size 29 combo with orange juice on Thursday 8/25/22 at Jack in the box 2195 morrill ave San Jose ca 95132 . When I got my order I’m in hurry go to pick up my son at school, I did not check my items, when I get home give them to my kids I don’t see orange juice. I try to call them 2 time but nobody pick up the phone .They forgot to give me orange juice

Tried the munchie meal tonight, fries were cold and tacos were all lettuce. The sanwich had barely any sauce and was cold and dry. I love jack in the box sometimes but this location is not great. 1 star do not recommend, main street location much better. Delivery came with no hot sauce, ketchup or napkins. If your trying to get a hot breakfast don't go to this location something is always broke and in the evening times the reg shuts down to upload .

I requested some ketchup, and she handed me one packet. When I asked for more, she gave me two. Is this the ketchup policy at Jack-in-the-Box?

The food was okay but the only other people inside were 3 kids making a bunch or disgusting noises. We got up and left.

I don't eat there myself, but my friends do, and they must really enjoy it because they keep returning.

Food and service are great but dine in is not recommended due to homeless people hanging out
