The food at Jack in the Box met my expectations. However, the experience was marred by the woman who took our order; her communication was unclear, and she interrupted me before I had finished placing my order. When I handed her my card, she informed me it was declined. I suggested she try again, but then she asked for my PIN so she could enter it herself, which I found to be completely inappropriate. I hope she receives additional training or is reconsidered for her position.
I placed a pickup order through the app around 6:20 am, but when I left at 6:45 am, the restaurant was still closed. I tried contacting support twice using the "Contact Us" feature, and it's been about a week with no response regarding my $40. They definitely do not open at 6 a.m. Following the owner's advice, I submitted another contact form about my refund, making it three forms in total. It's now been over two weeks with no response. You will not get your money back.
I picked up an order earlier tonight long before closing time and waited several minutes at the drive-thru without a sound. When I reached the window, there was no one there. I looked inside, and it felt like a ghost town—no posters, nothing at all. If you're going to close unexpectedly at any time you choose, it would be nice to turn off your ordering system or something. Unbelievable.
After months of attempting to place my order in advance using the app, I finally succeeded, hoping to save time. However, when I arrived at the restaurant around 11:15 PM, it had closed over an hour early, even though the website stated they were open until midnight. The location was completely empty. This restaurant has fantastic food and excellent service. The venue is very clean, and the staff is friendly and prompt. It lives up to expectations and is conveniently located near Mount St. Antonio College. Additionally, they keep their offers updated on your phone, which is a nice touch.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but the bun was burnt and the chicken was very dry. Definitely not worth the $7.
