I was really disappointed with the service during my visit today. I went through the drive-thru and it took a few minutes for the worker to even acknowledge my presence. When she finally did, she confirmed my order a couple of times, but both times it was incorrect. After correcting her, I got home only to find that my order was completely wrong, and the fries were cold. It's disappointing because we don’t eat out often, and we were looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
Terrible service from staff tonight. Ordered from the app to save time and make things easier, but I guess my order was inconvenient. Employee didn't say a single word to me at the window, no greeting, nothing. Just handing me my bag of food. When I asked for sauces, the person at the window (red hair, tattoos, painted nails) rolled its eyes and tossed them in the bag for me. Shut the window and walked away immediately. However, the service was average, so I would give it a 3. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired, which is why I rated it a 2. Overall, it was a decent breakfast option, especially for the price.

This was my second visit and they charged me full price for my shake when I just wanted it as my combo drink. The visit before I only got charged a difference. The worker told me this was the difference price but it's not its the full price of the regular shake. I'm owed a refund but just won't go back. The tacos are absolutely phenomenal, and that's worth mentioning! However, I always feel rushed, as if I’m interrupting the staff, even when the place is empty. I work right on the street, so I don’t think I’m causing any disturbances, but this has been my experience every single time I visit.
