I had to repeat my order four times because either they couldn’t understand me or the intercom system was malfunctioning. I speak clearly and am confident the issue wasn’t with my speech. Then, I was asked to verify my order on the screen, which was difficult to see—I'm not sure if it was fogged up or just glare from the sunlight at that time of day. I couldn’t make it out and got frustrated, though I didn’t use any profanity, just raised my voice. After that, I was told they wouldn’t serve me and to leave through the drive-thru.
