I observed an interaction between a homeless man and crew members of Jack In The Box on Saturday, November 25th at approximately 10AM. This is the Jack In The Box on Orangethorpe Ave., at the corner of Orangethorpe and Lemon in Fullerton, CA. I didn 't see nametags on the crew members involved, but descriptions and the time and date indicated should help identify 'em. The communication and rhetoric used on this man by the 2 Jack In The Box employees was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! The lobby has a somewhat gloomy and unkempt appearance, with dirty windows. The heavyset manager provided poor service; when we asked a question, he responded with an unpleasant attitude and seemed disinterested in being there, even walking away from us at one point, which was actually fine with us. On the other hand, the second person in charge had a much better attitude and improved our experience significantly.
The credit card and EBT systems were down again, so it was cash only. The same employee was working the drive-thru when the card machine stopped working. Asking for cash only sets off a lot of red flags, and I don’t plan to return anytime soon. The EBT is frequently down or not functioning, and the link provided by the business doesn’t work.
Stephanie, who appears to be a manager or supervisor, was surprisingly rude. She gave us just one ranch dressing for five chicken strips. Every time we come here, her attitude is consistently unfriendly, making it seem like she feels the sauce is a personal expense.

I was disappointed that after ordering over $34 worth of food, the cashier forgot my shake. Additionally, the fries lacked flavor and weren’t fresh or hot—they were dry and overcooked. Please pay more attention to preparing burgers properly, as it truly is an art.
As a driver, I wasn’t granted access to the restrooms. Since I spend my entire day driving, I don’t have a bathroom in my car, and it's not feasible for me to keep purchasing food just to use the public restrooms. Additionally, it's pouring rain right now!
Canada really needs Jack In The Box, PLEASE! The burgers are juicy and satisfying. However, the dining area isn't very inviting; it's somewhat dull and generic, reminiscent of places like Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's.
I recently discovered that Ebt accepts my credit card, and I was thrilled to return to my favorite childhood restaurant. I couldn't wait to see the new menu and felt like ordering one of everything! Thank you!

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich, and this is what they gave me. It's like they took the cheese out of the fridge, slapped it on some bread, and wrapped it. It was cold.....
What you should expect at a fast food place. Occasional long drive thru lines after 5pm. Other than that no complaints the workers do their job well.
