The service was incredibly disappointing. The woman working the drive-thru at night seemed uninterested in her job. I asked for a specific soft drink, and she repeatedly informed me that they were out of stock. After naming about six different options, I was met with the same response. It would have been much more helpful if she had simply told me what they did have available, so I wouldn’t have to delay the long line of cars behind me while I tried to think of another drink choice. Since it's usually slow at night, I expected a bit more effort to provide customer service and inform me of the options.
I go to this restaurant around 3 to 5 times a month, and I've never had to wait long. The drive-thru line is usually only 1 to 3 cars deep, and there are generally very few people waiting to order inside. The seating is plentiful and the restaurant is always clean.
I also like the self-service soda station, which is a nice feature since many places now have staff serve the drinks. I enjoy mixing my own soda combinations—my favorite is a 50/50 mix of Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper!
I placed an order totaling over $106 and specifically requested hot sauce, ranch, and barbecue sauce. When I got home, none of the sauces were included. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing customer service!
This Jack in the Box drive-thru was really disappointing. I ordered 10 tacos and 2 large fries, but the lady on the speaker kept asking if I said Sprite. I clarified fries multiple times, but she still got my order wrong and gave me 2 tacos and small fries. Unbelievable.
