I asked for the 599 jack combo the end up charging me almost $12 for another jack combo. My french fries were cold and disgusting. The jack combo had mayonnaise and tomato on it which I’m allergic to and the top of all that after spinning over $14, they didn’t even give me a napkin to wipe my face.. What a pathetic establishment because I looked at the receipt and I told him I ordered the 599 combo he said no you didn’t And just gave me my food. This is the last time that I ever eat at any Jack-in-the-Box again absolutely pathetic, and a waste of my money. Love this freaking joint I promise you never any hiccups on if they take EBT or not. Food is always hot and fot the most on my many past experience food I and has been hot, delicious, and wonderful customer service consistently. FYI go through drive through early hours of the morning and guaranteed to get some extras or a messed up order that leads to a double when u go back around and voice ur complaint about messed up order. They are quick, courteous, and always willing to fix any mistakes made quickly and with a smile.
I waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes around 11:15 am, despite being just seventh in line. The line barely moved, covering only about one car length during that time. Since it was my first visit, I have no prior experience with the quality of food or service, so I'm not sure if this was just an off day or if it's typically this slow. I won't be returning, as I don't want to risk spending most of my lunch break waiting in line, and I prefer not to go inside the dining area.
This restaurant often closes around 6 PM, and after that, the only option for getting food is through the drive-thru, which is quite inconvenient for me as I use a wheelchair. It’s advertised as a 24/7 establishment, but it seems to shut down early for the convenience of the management. This is very frustrating.
