Lately, I've been stopping in here before class. And every time I have, I've noticed how slow the service in. And sometimes you do not get greeted right away (or in a friendly tone). Today I came in as I would normally before heading to class. But Idecided to sit in and take my time with how tired I am (running on about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep due to work and needing to be atschool in a certain amount of time). With that being said, I finished my food and decided I wanted to allow myself to digest abit before going to class. But I ended up falling alseep accidentally for about half an hr. Bad customer service when I was recieving my food. She asked what sauces would you like. I said ranch and hot sauce. Since I requested no mayo on the chicken sandwiches. She slammed in bag hand it to me and slapped the window so hard. That was veryrude. Possible supervisor lead or just regular employee that's awful service. Even her face was attitude no words like thank youhave a nice evening or nght nothing.
The restroom, which is cleaned frequently, smells like cat litter and lacks toilet paper on both sides. Although there's a sign instructing to wash hands thoroughly with soap, no soap is provided. Additionally, I recommend installing a foot-operated door opener, as people often don't wash their hands properly, which could lead to more bacteria accumulating on the door handle.
The food is generally alright, though sometimes the fries are a bit stale. Today, I even found a long hair in my egg rolls. The restaurant is closed for maintenance every night from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m., so whenever I’ve stopped by after work during those hours, it’s always been closed. Since it's just across the street from where I live, I keep giving it another chance!

My all-time favorite has always been the Sourdough Jack, especially when it's cut in half. I haven't had a chance to try the new burger with the cheese bun yet, but it's definitely on my list. I recently ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and it was massive! I felt completely stuffed afterward. I think I'll just keep going with my Sourdough Jacks cut in half.
I collected an Uber Eats order from this restaurant, and the food was prepared when I got there, allowing me to quickly go through the drive-thru with no delay. The staff member was also very friendly.
The drive-thru service was fast and efficient. Although the prices are slightly on the higher side, the food is really tasty. I'm particularly fond of the egg rolls and iced tea!
Smells like pee when you walk into Jack in the box. I wouldn?t recommend dining in? ???? VERY STRONG URINE SMELL ONCE YOU WALK IN.
