Horrible people!! I ordered a jumbo Jack combo for my grandmother and a sourdough sandwich for myself the combo. I asked for a large mocha ice coffee. She said wait a minute she came back with my total. I thought she charged me for the large. At thewindow she charged me for a small and made me pay for the difference between the small and large. I didn't mind it was only44cents. I got a bag of food. She gave me an attitude when she gave me my bag of food. I left and when I got home my breakfastsandwich was missing. I didn't even get the hash browns. So I went back and told them I am missing half of my order. She saidshe forgot my sandwich and hash browns. I reached into my bag and felt my foo...

I consider all Jack in The Box stores in Montebello as the lowest ranking (bottom of the barrel) for customer service. I'm yet to have a satisfactory experience at any of their locations in Montebello. Staff is unfriendly, snarky, andunkempt. Drive-thru guy gave me an attitude when I asked him not to throw any condiments in the same paper bag as my meal. Iasked him if he would set me up with ketchup and hot sauce in a separate bag , and he did--passive-aggressively for he gave me abag with an exaggerated amount of condiment packets. A bag full of ketchup and hot sauce for one 7 combo. If that's notpassive-aggressive then I don't know what is.

I love Jack, Food is great, Service is also excellent, but today, my wife and I experienced the feeling of how the Blacks were treated in Mississippi, Rudeness, smerks, inpatient, never getting the order right, but content at loudly saying "What! What!!,Anyway this young white twin of Archie Bunker, was probably trying to get Fired,. Sir, You Need not try No More!!

The dining room is always closed. so I have no choice but to spend gasoline waiting to go through the drive through line, and then I have to give them my PIN number to my EBT. and then they charge extra for things that I didn't order.???? Reserva una mesa ahora

How do you forget the cheese on a cheeseburger ? Update: forgot the cheese on 2 Jr jumbo jacks w/cheese good job. Also why do you guys have a rewards system then give out old hard food. Thanks again.

Delicious, perfectly cooked grilled chicken with fresh veggies but the chicken was a little difficult to chew and maybe can be cut I half. Excellent customer service and quick drive thru.

The drive thru person didn't understand what we said we kept saying it over n over we are Americans it's not like we have a strong accent. Very dissatisfied with the service

I always get my order correct and accurate the wait is always under a minute and the employees are well trained and friendly.
