I 'm usually not one to leave a review on things, but I do have to address this.. I ordered a simple sandwich and two curly fries, the guy at the window said my order back to me, and it was correct. I get to the window, paid for my food, and he asked about ketchup and fry sauce, I responded with, barbeque would be great, and he went inside for my order. I took my food and took off, trusting that my order was correct because its always been in the past. I get home, and I find that I have only one regular fry when I ordered two curly, and I got ketchup instead of barbeque.. Luckily my sandwich was fine but I don 't understand why he couldn 't have said, Oh were out of this at the moment or som...
This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The young lady at the counter this morning was especially nice—she clearly belongs in customer service. When she changed the cartridge in the machine, my six-year-old son was fascinated by what she was doing, and she took the time to explain each step to him with great patience. The level of cleanliness at this place exceeded anything I've seen in a fast food restaurant. I don’t usually eat at Jack in the Box, but next time we pass by, I might just stop in to eat here!
As a resident of inner-city Salt Lake City, I've visited this restaurant about 2-3 times. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. The laboratory area was also open. It wasn't overcrowded during my visits. The staff was friendly, and the service was surprisingly quick. I give it 5 stars for delivering good, old-fashioned meals—exactly what you expect. Even though I've only been there a few times, it has consistently impressed me.
I was charged for and given a second meal that I didn't ask for and there were several people in line from both inside and the drive through that had mistakes needing to be fixed. I'd be a bit more disappointed if it wasn't clear that they were short staffed and very frantic from the lunch-time rush. I want to express my appreciation for all of you for being such dedicated professionals. I've noticed significant improvements at your location near the convention center in St. George. Your engagement and excellent service consistently stand out. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the staff and management are truly exceptional. It's a refreshing experience!
great service! they have put our order right and serviettes in the pockets! that is rare in almost food now a day. faster service and eating was well joined together. the type in the window was very friendly and shared the order in separate pockets to make it easy. even told us what each bag had in it. definitiw went beyond and beyond.
I love Jack in the box, and wish I could have some.... but they are closed! Even though they should be open. They don't have any signs indicating temporary closure, just cones in front of the drive thru. Online says they opened at 7, their door says it should have opened at 6:30. It's currently 7:21 am.
