This negative review reflects the app too. I placed an order for pick-up and when I arrived the app acted up claiming an app error and to try again. I showed the store manager and he attempted to try again and the app then read too many attempts, try again later . I then asked if he would honor the app prices. I was getting jumbo eggrolls for $1 and to order at the register would cost me $2.49 for 1 egg roll. He said he COULDN 'T do that. So because he couldn 't do that, I am going to make sure Jack in the Box gets a bad review.
To evaluate my experience, I use a rating system from 1 to 5, where 1 represents a truly unpleasant experience, and 5 signifies the best fast food can offer. I assess cleanliness, service, product quality and consistency, comfort, accessibility, taste, and staff attitude. Unfortunately, I would rate this place a 2.5 out of 5. I can't see myself returning, and I wouldn't recommend it highly. The décor and ambiance are drab, the food is mediocre, cleanliness is questionable, and the service needs considerable improvement!
I didn't get much , but I hate when they make you drive back cuz they are to slow so they have to reset the clock and they always do this oh and the fries were cold and and seemed like they were there awhile.and they don't wear masks anymore, I don't like eating from a place that don't wear masks . COVID!!!!! people it's still out there !!!! I was in the hospital recently and they had two floors completely full of COVID patients . People need to be aware . Thanks for reading my review. Very impressed with Laura and Jose, both very friendly and professional. I enjoy my visit every time I stop by the drive-thru. I go out of my way to visit this location as it is always the fastest, and the service is always impeccable. I commend the rest of the staff also as they are always working together to make sure everyone's experience is a good one.

This round's Jack in the Box is of excellent quality. The lettuce on the tacos I had was ice cold, like it should be. You guys are aware that the lettuce is frequently heated and wet when you order JitB Tacos. Not here. Cold and crispy, crisp and new. Damian was really helpful at the desk.
This is one place we couldn't wait to eat at! Soon as we left the airport in Phoenix we followed the GPS to the closest one. Thankfully they were opened late as we were very hungry due to flight delays. We visited Jack in the Box all over Arizona and Nevada. We were never disappointed.
The service here is very friendly. I ordered a bowl of white rice along with two grilled chicken breasts, and they prepared my order perfectly.
The chicken strips at this restaurant resembled more of a chicken mishap, and the service could definitely have been friendlier.
