The food and service are fine. It's the people hanging around outside that's unappealing. There was a guy asleep in his food outside the door. Tons of vagrants in the parking lot and as I pulled up to the drive thru, a guy on foot was literally hanging on the window where you pay and get your food. He didn't move when my car pulled up and the drive thru cashier didn't make him move for about 3-4 minutes . I just sat in my car and waited. He finally moved and went behind my car and stood there. It was kinda scary. They seem to have absolutely no control of this place.
I don't care what anyone says, these are the best horse meat tacos ever. I live in Wichita, where thank God there is no Jack in the box, otherwise I would probably weigh 400 lb. If I'm in a state that has a JITB, it's the first place I'm going. I only get the tacos and an occasional curly frog or two. Don't worry about the service, just give me my fucking tacos.
I only had two tacos and the tacos were not freshly cooked so I had to ask for a supplement or a and two other freshly cooked so you must watch this Jack-in-the-Box sometimes it seems if they don’t they’re not up to par but that’s just as time only so maybe it’s just a half day? Everything else was at the par.
The service here has been quite disappointing! During my last couple of visits, they struggled to understand my order due to my speech issue. Moreover, it takes a long time to get my food, and I often end up waiting unnecessarily.

Absolutely horrible. The food was cold they had one of the entrances fully blocked and locked from the outside. This door has to be remain open during business hours. I will not come to this place ever again.

The bun on my burger was stale. Both bathrooms were out of service e. All in all, a disappointing visit.
