We were the only car in the drive through and one of the only in the parking lot, for a reason. Employees were unprofessional, unorganized and indifferent, food wasn't good. If you ate craving Jack in the Box, I suggest going to another location. Placing the order was difficult, maybe they couldn't hear, I had to repeat each word, one at a time at list 3 times. At the window they decided to take out the drawer to count the cash just a couple feet from the window when we drove up, so there was an extended wait. We were finally handed the bags by an employee seemingly bothered when I asked for the shakes we hadn't received yet After looking at their orders another employee made the two shakes...
Literally GREEN EGGS AND HAMI ordered a grande sausage burrito and 6 tacos. When I was taking bites of my burrito it was pretty good but once I got to the egg I say green shaded egg. I then realized the egg from the burrito is the egg they use on the breakfast sandwich, they were supposed to be scrambled. As I dug through the burrito I found more and more green/ grayish eggs. I was so mad I through it in the trash. So I grab a taco and the first taco tasted good but the second one had an off taste and me and my friend agreed that something is wrong with the tacos. This pace should deserve 0 stars but I guess I'll give one to the customer service. Customer service was pretty good.
My mother and I ordered from 20. August 2022. It was probably the worst Jack in the box food I've ever had that we all got exactly the same as Sauerteig Jack with extra bacon and extra cheese that she had curly pommes, and I had regular pommes the problem was the cheese old. It was really hard as if it was left out for 2 or 3 days without packaging and my mother's pommes were so old that they were chewed as if they had made the curly pommes in the morning and just let them sit for the one who had ordered them later in the afternoon.
Afternoon shift is full of people who absolutely DO NOT CARE. Ordered the munchie madness online and showed up with no one in the drive thru and no one inside the joint and still had to wait 20 minutes. Was greeted with rolled eyes when trying to get the attention of staff working. Took the box home and everything was just about thrown around. Not to mention we ordered the one with chicken nuggets and NOT with the poppers. No sauces included as well. Thanks university jack in the box, I will not be returning.

Staff was extremely rude. They seen us walk in ready to order and continued their chit chat for a solid 5 minutes before taking our order. Once we got our order and 2 items were missing we were met with more attitude. Someone was picking up an order and was missing their drink and they also gave her an attitude about that. Tell me you don’t like your job without telling me.
The restaurant seemed a bit short-staffed, but despite that, there were plenty of customers. However, the night shift manager efficiently handled a large order ahead of mine and ensured my order was prepared in a timely manner as well. There was a line when I was leaving. The food was excellent—well done!
Lunches and chairs were still on tables from night before. The food was cold and fat. A booth was dirty. Previous customer advised employee Diet Coke was not right, was said Coke Zero was good, but was not....has no syrup just waterproof soda. Food: 1/5
Very rude, then proceeded to give us old cold food then when we asked for a refund they said among each other told y 'all he 'd be back . Glad I know to avoid this location now.

The drive-thru wait times can be lengthy, but the food is consistently fresh.
