I visited the restaurant today, December 23, 2023, at 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the manager. She was rude and dismissed my concern when I pointed out that my order was missing some fries. I drove home and back, only for her to imply that I was mostly lying about the issue. It's shocking to see someone in management behave this way. She should leave her personal issues at home and come to work to do her job properly.
Jack in the Box has always been one of my favorites but today I spent $25 dollars on my food but when I asked for one Ranch when I got my meal, the lady wanted to charge me and she wasn't very nice about it. I had already paid for my meal with a credit card. I didn't end up getting my one Ranch dressing. Just for that I will never go back to this location. Simple things like that are bad business.
Girl name Yidira was pretty rude, like girl all I asked was a question and she said it all aggressive! I worked at food service too I get it, it's not fun but relax!! It's not the end of the world when I ask you to repeat yourself CALMLY. But yk what there's a handful of actually nice workers like that sweet elder and Hispanic lady now THATS customer service not like Mrs.girl here
The manager at this Jack in the Box truly demonstrates a genuine dedication to excellent customer service. In addition to the service at the counter, this location offers ample restroom facilities, plenty of parking, and a great understanding of its customers’ needs. Plus, the food is delicious! The chicken teriyaki was absolutely delicious! Carina made the experience even better with her kindness and warm smile. If this isn't a perfect recipe for success, I really don't know what is!
The cashier Alijah was very rude. Looks like he's not happy working at the place. He got big attitude not friendly at all.
I ordered a supreme croissant . And , well the pictures say it all . Mad at myself for not checking before driving off .
