I recently placed an online order for $9.04, but I realized I had selected the wrong location — I ordered from the Broadway store instead of the Woodside one. I tried calling to fix the issue, but there was no answer. The manager at the store was unable to help without being able to reach you. I’ve also emailed and submitted feedback online but haven’t received a response. I would like a refund.
This restaurant is a cherished spot in Redwood City. It's particularly perfect for late-night visits after a fun evening of bar hopping with friends. The staff are fantastic and truly deserve better pay! They have earned raises and recognition for their hard work, especially considering how tough it can be to serve a demanding crowd.
Is this the best Jack in the Box in the country? The fries are always fresh, and the sandwiches look like they come out of an ad. The workers have always been very friendly with me as well. The only thing they need to fix is convince corporate to fix the app which somehow gets slower and worse with every redesign.

I visited the drive-thru and had the best service I've ever had. The woman who took my order was exceptionally friendly, and her service was fantastic!
It's Jack in the Box. The service is generally okay, though it can fluctuate depending on the time you go. Lunchtime is usually pretty hectic.
