I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this restaurant. I was shocked by the way the staff, particularly a supervisor named Alicia, treated us. The customer service was incredibly poor. They showed a complete lack of respect towards my family and me, including my children. I sincerely hope that the management takes this issue seriously to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I highly recommend steering clear of this place – there are definitely better options a bit further down the road.
Open 24 hours? Came In this morning 1/26/22 about 3:45am and was told they were closed through the drive thru speaker.... if you are closed then why is anyone answering the speaker? Or why isn't the drive thru closed off to keep people from coming through... I was the 3rd car in line.
Unfortunately, I was unable to dine at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally rude, so we chose to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was even more unpleasant than the cashier. In the end, we decided to go to a different Jack In The Box in Upland instead.

I arrived at 4:15 AM and was told they were closed until 5 AM, so they’re not open 24 hours. I came during my lunch break as a hospitality worker and ended up wasting my lunch time.
Terrible service when you come to return a burger that has not been eaten because it was made wrong and a manager demands your receipt as if your at fault and or trying to get over
The location clearly states it is in operation 24hours but the workers refuse to abide by it. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and still no change by management.
I received the wrong order... I would expect that if they have to pay a minimum wage of $15 an hour, the service might be better.

Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app or not the food is never ready when you get there to pick it up
