This review was written two months ago. I visited again today, and once again, I noticed that their posted hours are incorrect. They are NOT open 24 hours. At some point during the night, they switch to DoorDash only and then close before reopening in the morning. Claiming to be open 24 hours is very misleading. Additionally, they are not fully operational during the day. It’s also frustrating to be contacted by their management only to be misled. I'm giving them 1 star. The drive-thru service at night is nonexistent, and when you do manage to interact with them, their explanations are unhelpful or inadequate. On a positive note, customer service contacted me to address my complaint, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction in resolving the issue. The restaurant itself is usually not very busy, which allows for quick service. However, I have observed that the taste of the burgers can sometimes vary; perhaps they don't change the oil frequently enough. Additionally, they have recently limited condiments at the drive-thru to one ranch dressing per order, now requiring payment for any additional sauces.
The clerk treated us very poorly and gave me a bad attitude, making it feel like we didn’t belong in the restaurant. I asked for decaf coffee, but he served me a cold one instead. When I asked for a hat, he said I was bothering him, even though no one else was in the restaurant. His attitude was terrible, and he didn’t give his real name—he said his name was Julius. I will never go to any Jack in the Box again unless they fix this issue.
The fries arrived cold, and the Jumbo Jack looked more like a small burger, with more bun than filling, so I ended up eating it with just one slice of the bun. The spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. The fountain sodas were flat as well. I won’t be ordering from here again, and it’s no surprise I hadn’t visited in nearly five years. I ordered one Sourdough Jack and a teriyaki bowl but received two Sourdough Jacks instead. While I do like the food, the mix-up was frustrating. We choose our orders for specific reasons, so please avoid making changes to the menu items like that.
The Large Sourdough Jack Combo was amazing! I would have loved a bit more bacon, but it’s still excellent as it is. I absolutely adore the Build Your Own Munchie Meal—definitely a perfect 10 out of 10!
The spicy chicken at Jack in the Box was hot and fresh. The staff were polite and friendly. The drive-thru was quick. In my experience, this location is better than other Jack in the Box spots nearby.
This location consistently offers fast service, whether we're there for lunch or dinner. The burgers are always fresh and delicious. It's the best Jack-in-the-Box I've visited in years!

This was my first visit to Jack in the Box, and I tried the curly fries, onion rings, Cluck Sandwich, Bacon Swiss Jack, and the tiny tacos. Everything was simply delicious!
These pumpkin croissants are a fun and tasty little seasonal snack!
