From time to time, I give this restaurant another chance to see if things have gotten better, but after two years, it seems unlikely that this location will ever improve. They constantly run out of various items, including curly fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken patties, often leading to a significant reduction in menu choices. At times, they even have to close because of these shortages. Save your time and avoid this location.
This is the best location in Bellingham, the other locations do not make the food good. However, every Jack in the Box is really busy in Bellingham and rather slow. Due to a lack of staff, the inside is sometimes not an option. However, the small group of staff at this place work really hard and it is because of them the place is running. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite with curly fries.
I showed up at 11:59pm after Many stops at other drive thru places that should have been open. This gentleman took my order and was very nice! Apparently this location closes at midnight, so I was cutting it close…. He was patient and took my order. THAT is customer service! (Wish I got his name, but I knew he was ready to close shop.
Jesus/Andreas, a great server made our meal great with his good attitude and service even though it was so busy with drive through and we are dining in. Will definitely return to this place again. We ordered Jumbo Jack and spicy chicken with stuffed jalapeños , all were amazing and fresh. Very clean and good service over all. Reserva una mesa ahora
It's just Jack in the Box, so I didn't expect much, but I've noticed that the prices have really increased! Many items are now overpriced. I've seen a lot of empty drive-thrus lately, which is disappointing because it used to be a great spot for a quick snack or a full meal.
The Service was great I am just sorry to say I was really disappointed how dirty everything was cleaning should be number 1 but I will never dine in again nothing was clean to the front door tables and so on
The restaurant at 630 is closed on Saturdays, which is quite disappointing. It seems very impractical, especially considering the ongoing pandemic.
