Jack In The Box

We went to the drive thru and ordered 4 tacos....2 without sauce. This is what both of my tacos looked like. This is how they prepared them. I didn't take a photo of the other one because I opened it up and it came undone. That was me, not them. Needless to say, those tacos were cold and hard, not crunchy and the cheese was even colder. They had obviously been sitting out for a while. Very disappointing! Food: 1

We enjoy Jack in the box occasionally. We ordered butterjack, tacos and pommes. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was polite and efficient. Time to put back the contingencies for the customers to grab for themselves. This time we don't have enough for what we ordered.

The lady was very nice I ordered two of breakfast sandwiches for $6 they made them fresh and brought them to me was it was amazing beautiful thank you very much Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
