Jack In The Box - Reserva de mesa

I placed an online order for delivery, and after receiving confirmation and being charged, I got a text saying my delivery had been cancelled. There was no explanation, no food, and no refund. This location doesn’t answer their phone, and I haven’t had much success with corporate either. After posting my initial review, the owner asked me to contact them through their website, which I did—prior to leaving the review. There has been no urgency to resolve my issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

I ordered the new 5 oo bundle meal with the chicken sandwich, but mine was missing the pickles, Swiss cheese, and the delicious sauce. Instead, it only came with mayo and lettuce. According to their website, the Good Good Chicken Sandwich should include a breaded chicken patty, topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Good Good Sauce on a toasted bun.

I have a weird order, and some places are close, but this is the first one to get it right, and go above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. I've rarely had that attention to detail from a sit down restaurant, and never from a fast food place.Really reset my expectations regarding what the experience could be like. 5 stars.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Got a chicken sandwich. Ordered two curly fries and got one. I could go on but it is just laughable at this point. What the hell? Burger had mayo on it after request no mayo. Like, EVERYTHING was wrong on this order. Why?! It was not difficult! Reserva una mesa ahora

ok, so we came in to get food because were hungry. We got no service at all. None. We came in and went up to the register and the person looked me straight in the eye then walked away for ten minutes. We ended up leaving because nobody gave us service. One star.

The service was quite disappointing, and the food didn't live up to the hype; it felt overpriced for what it was. On a positive note, the lobby was reasonably clean during my visit. I would recommend trying Wally's in Buckley instead.

I love this jack in the box. It's open 247. It's never closed once the new manger took over. Everyone's nice and food is hot. Shout out to the new store manger great job!

$43 for 2 burgers, onion rings, curly fries, one large shake, and one small shake. Never again Jack!

The staff are always so friendly. They make a great burger when you don't feel like cooking!
