Like most fast food places this place is chronically understaffed. The staff however genuinely wanted to help and made the best of the hand they were given. Becareful with the online orders, per the staff here they receive the orders but the names do not link properly. Therefore you have to wait for someone to confirm your name and to get your order labeled to get it to you. It seems that this is a Jack In the Box problem and not a location problem, so be prepared to wait more for your online orders. Taste is pretty standard for Jack in the Box.Overall wouldn't recommend coming for fast food as there are so many other options.
