We were at the drive-thru window and received no response when we said "hello." When Kayle finally answered, she kept interrupting my sister-in-law and repeatedly asked, "Is that it? Is that it?" My sister-in-law stopped talking because of this, but once Kayle paused, she tried to continue her order. When my sister-in-law asked a question about the combo, Kayle just replied, "yup," without actually answering. When we pulled up to the window, Kayle continued displaying a bad attitude. This visit went much smoother. Last time, the cashier was rather unpleasant. I asked for my sandwich, which normally comes in a box, to be wrapped in paper instead. I heard the staff say "paper packed" several times during preparation. However, when I received my order, the sandwich was still in a box. I politely reminded her about the paper wrapping, but she reacted defensively and accused me of being rude. I wish there had been a recording so her manager could hear how she treated me.
The restaurant is conveniently located with easy access to on and off ramps in both directions. The food is prepared quickly, and the Jumbo Jacks are still the best. The fries are crispy on the outside and hot and fluffy on the inside. It's a great spot to stretch your legs while traveling to Interstate 5 and on your way back home. There’s plenty of shaded parking and grassy areas to walk our terrier, Rufus.
Fast food shouldn't be this complicated. I can't believe I've been stuck in this drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. I could have cooked a meal for five people in that time! What takes so long to microwave food? As a delivery driver, picking up these orders is frustrating since it’s wasting my time, money, and gas.

Jack In The Box is a 24-hour fast food spot that stays busy around the clock, with plenty of cars passing through even late at night. I especially love their French fries. I frequently drop in for late-night snacks and always have a great experience here.
I really enjoy the Jumbo Jack, especially with a smoothie, and the tacos are fantastic! Mmm, thanks to Jack for always being there for me when I need it. Lol!
The drive-thru for takeout was efficient and precise. The food tasted great, and I was able to use a coupon to save some money.
Do not order the tacos they are incredibly greasy
