I went through the drive-through and order a classic buttery Jack expecting that juicy garlicky buttery square patty, Instead I got a jumbo Jack patty. Yet the price was still a classic battery Jack price. I understand that there is a shortage in in supplies. However if you are out of something; don't just substitute it with a lesser quality item, charge the same price and expect customers not to notice. We are not stupid! I drove 15 minutes to eat something... I have one right on the street, but it was closed and I have to admit that I rushed...da at 2:00 and my bank card wouldn't work.... I was embarrassed, but no worries the young lady told me to keep my drink and when I wanted to take off she said wait and hand over my placed order.... I was overwhelmed by her kindness, especially that early in the morning. I really hate that I didn't ask for a name, but I'm gonna personally thank her and pay for my food.
To be completely honest, this restaurant is quite subpar. The service is lacking and the employees seem lazy. If you go during slow hours like 4pm, expect to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot after ordering just one burger and fries. The exterior and landscaping are covered in trash, which is disappointing considering we are in Phoenix. It wouldn't hurt for them to make an effort to stand out and improve their appearance.
I don't know what happened to this almost food restaurant. it has changed management or something. my last visit was for a fish sandwich big combo. when I got the bill, I was charged with another big drink, I didn't order 2 drinks). I asked for an icy and got an irrigated dr. pepper drink 4 ice cubes)the personal was too busy with drive-thru orders to go order intake right. pity to try burger king on the road.

I stopped at 1:00 in the morning at this Jack-in-the-Box. There was only one person working. He made cashiers and cooking at the same time. I admire the Lord who worked last night, and I wish I had his name to be recognized. He had such a cool mentality and did not seem stressed or overworked. Although there was a big line, everyone knew this guy did the job!
Late night fast food can be risky but Food was delicious, hot and wasnt just thrown together. Excellent staff and the guy at the drive thru window was the nicest and kept me and my friend occupied with hilarious conversation while our food was being prepared. couldnt have found a better drive thru do have wound up in at 1230 at night!
I have never been in a drive thru line soooo long before. 25 minI went to this jack in the box this morning 01/14/2022 and the tacos they gave me were disgusting. And they had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with my tacos. The lettuce was brown. Never gonna go to this jack in the box again. ???
my food along time to make even though the restaurant was empty, the only thing large about my meal was the bill ,they only had 4 kind of soda the tables were a dirty for a empty building

Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced and my ham, egg, cheese croissant was gross tasting. The OJ was the only thing worth drinking.
Im over Jack, my tacos tasted like they had been sitting longer than they should of. I going to blame the pandemic and short staff.
