I took it back and told them and they didn 't even look in the salad, the hair was sitting right on top. The drive thru attendant called another lady over and told her and she came to the window and asked, yes? as if asking me what do I want. Which I thought wasn 't right because she had just been informed by the drive thru attendant. I proceeded to tell her that there is hair in my salad I just bought and she said, ok as if what is she supposed to do about it. I proceeded to tell her. I want my money back for that salad and she said, I can 't give you your money back and I said yes y...
RACIST!!!! Racism in 2024 is surprising. Me and my wife stopped to get some food on our way to Austin on 02/22/24 at 10:20 pm and the staff was not responding to us. We waited and called for someone to serve us on the drive thru but they were not responding. We drove to the window and asked what was wrong and they said they were closed. There were two cars behind us in the line which they responded to and served. We drove back to the window to question this treatment and the angry man (he wears glasses and was on the window} started cussing at us. F word and N word. You need to hire professionals and do better as a community
I requested and paid for extra boba, but I'm not sure if they actually gave me more. It's currently 3:28am and I decided to give the boba a try, but unfortunately it wasn't very good. I also couldn't find any 24-hour boba spots. The coffee itself was decent, though.

The food is great but this location has a girl at the drive threw that rushes you order, is very rude, forgets items and gave me some separated avocado lime dip. Smh I would go to this location again if she's not working.
I waited 5 minutes at the drive through speaker, nothing so i pulled up and there was a dude right there, he pretends to not see me, takes of his headset and walks away, so i go back around wait again and
I visit this restaurant once or twice a week, but I rarely receive my food quickly. Sometimes no one answers the drive-thru, so I have had to go to other places multiple times.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The double bacon smash burger was fantastic! I would definitely come back to eat here again.

Worst jack in the Box ever.. U pull up and they literally wont take your order...why have your open sign on then...
I only stopped here to use the restroom. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. That's all I can say.
