The food here is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Last night, I waited close to an hour to pick up my DoorDash order, and when I finally got it, it was incorrect. The woman at the pickup window was unhelpful, so I had to return to the restaurant after the customer pointed out the mistake. When I approached her again to explain the issue, she was dismissive and rude, as if it were my fault for being there. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who acts like they’re above everyone else, especially if she turns out to be the owner. I believe that running a restaurant means hiring staff who are friendly and accommodating, not rude and dismissive.
How can you go wrong with a Jack in the Box? The staff taking orders were friendly, and the kitchen team quickly prepared the food, making for an efficient experience. The prices reminded me of the 2000s, but I was craving a burger and fries, so I didn't mind paying the usual rate. The location is great (although I had to use Google Maps to locate it), but the only drawback with the drive-thru is that you'll need to be careful of your driver's side mirror when leaving the payment window.
The Munchie meals have been around for quite some time, but they still struggle with getting the burgers right. I’ve had consistent problems with my spicy nacho chicken missing onions. It’s best to unwrap the burger and check it before you leave; take your time—it's clear you can’t rely on them to get it right anymore!
This is the worst Jack In The Box in San Jose. I only go because it’s nearby, but the food is always cold and items are missing from my order. Last night was the last straw—I got sick from the food and ended up in the bathroom all night. After spending $30 on cold food and getting sick, I will never go back.

How hard can it be to take orders and answer the phone? I ordered six tacos, with four of them supposed to be without lettuce, but all six came with lettuce. The bag even had custom order stickers on it. The staff appeared more focused on chatting and laughing than on their jobs. This place is a joke.
At Jack In The Box, the cheeseburger comes with both tomato and lettuce, unlike many other places that just offer the patty, cheese, a few onions, and a pickle.
I consistently enjoy quick service at this location, whether I'm dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is always reliable and served hot.
I was given the wrong order, yet they still charged me $30. When I attempted to contact them by phone, no one responded.
