I can't believe how terrible this Jack in the Box location is! During my latest visit, they served me burnt food, which was the final straw for me—I won’t be coming back. I've had several frustrating experiences here, like receiving the wrong order multiple times, struggling to hear the staff because they mumble through the speaker, and dealing with rude employees who just hand me my food without any acknowledgment or a simple "enjoy your meal" or "have a nice day." To top it off, this location even has the audacity to place a tip jar outside the drive-thru window. It's laughable! There’s no way I would ever consider tipping at this Jack in the Box.
I arrived there at 7:40 pm and walked inside, after waiting approx 4 minutes at the counter I was finally addressed by a elderly lady that informed me that the lobby was closed. That 's 20mins before the posted time! Went through the drive thru (very longand slow) I ordered egg rolls and tacos with soy sauce and taco sauce. Was asked if the screen was correct to which I repliedno, it said sweet and sour and nothing about taco sauce. Finally got to the window and reminded taco and soy sauce. No problem was the response. When I got home I had 14 sweet and sour sauces and no taco or soy sauce!! ????
There teriyaki bowl is awesome, the only issue I have is the sauce is a little skimpy, so I get a few extra teriyaki sauces on the way out. I love there taco's but I can't handle the sauce on them it's a little hot for me, so I get my tacos with no sauce. The other good thing about getting your tacos like this is there hot and fresh. If you like the sauce get some sauce packets. Fresh and hot tacos.
Food was horrible. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil burger tasted felt like it was boiled or microwaved. Couldn't even finish the food. I just tossed it. My son said the same thing about his from this order. Also waited in lineabout 20 min just to get it... definitely not worth it.

I was a fan until I got home to eat and what I ordered is not what I got sourdough jack with no tomatoes I got a sourdough jack w/tomatoes and bacon but no burger I'm really to tired to drive back there but I will see it
This drive in location is 24 hours an is a Reputable location food is always fresh. I stay 27 minutes from this location and always when I make it back home. My food is always fresh And I have all condiments....
Great service! Elias?I think that?s how you spell it?had a big smile ready to take my order. He seemed like he was the only one enjoying his job. You need more people like him. Positive attitude!
Just go to north Texas jack in the box these people are rude during the day and at night and will mess up your order. Literally goes with every fast food on sunset Ave

This jack in the box is by far the best I have been to from the quality of food to the customer experience hands down the best!!
Ultimate cheese burgers have been my favorite since they came out 1994.
