I had a great experience at this restaurant this morning, but I encountered an issue with the service. The waitress, Arianna, was quite rude and appeared more focused on chatting with other patrons than attending to me. Each time I asked for help, I was ignored. My breakfast plate was missing the hash browns and syrup that should have been included, which is simply unacceptable. Even a child in kindergarten could manage a better job. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given any napkins or utensils. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
The female employee working weekend nights at this Jack In The Box is consistently rude. She frequently excuses the lack of cups and straws by saying the kitchen is closed and she doesn’t know when her break will end. It’s worrying that she’s unaware of the schedule despite being a staff member. This has happened twice during my visits, even though the restaurant is open 24 hours. She also refused to give her name to avoid being reported to the manager. I intend to inform management about her disrespectful attitude toward customers.
Idk couldnt tell ya because it says updated a week ago that they are open 24 hours but they were definitely closed when I arrived. An employee started running to his car and quickly drove away when they saw me pulling up. Like a decent stride into a full on sprint. Thought it was an interesting note.Can businesses please stop claiming 24hours open if its incorrect? This happens so much when you work graveyard and just want something to eat
This morning, around 9:20 am, the woman working at the drive-thru was rude. She cut me off before I could finish my order. I requested a double cheeseburger without mustard or pickles, but the meat looked old and my burger came with mustard despite me mentioning it twice. Despite our attempts to get her attention, she ignored us and refused to even acknowledge our presence.

Food was hot and good. Only issue was the employee has to come over and open the restroom for you. Annoying. Last time I needed someone to help me use the restroom I was in kindergarten Dietary restrictions: They have salad and chicken fajita pita
During this visit, the food was prepared exactly as indicated in the mobile app order, but unfortunately they forgot to include even a single napkin in the bag. Disappointing!
Fast food for sure! The soda machine not working so well. Staff is really nice. Just one thing it was so cold in there it was warmer outside..
Perfect spot to grab a bite after a convention but man that drive thru is small! I felt that I would hit the curb the whole time.

The restaurant lacked in customer service. I ordered the Monster Tacos. Not good at all.
Orders 4 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and got just bread bacon and cheese no Patties.
