I was surprised by her attitude, especially since fast food places usually focus on good customer service. When I mentioned wanting to file a complaint about her behavior, she dismissively told me to do it online. As she walked away, I saw her singing a Spanish song and laughing with her coworkers, which only made me more frustrated.
After finishing a six-hour shift, I just wanted to take a lunch break but needed to use the restroom first. Her treatment made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. It’s really disappointing to experience such a lack of respect and courtesy in customer service. What a shame!
I visit this restaurant about 4 to 5 times a week for my morning drink, always ordering iced tea with extra, extra lemons. Some staff members go out of their way to accommodate my request, even slicing fresh lemons while I wait. However, this morning, despite repeating my order three times, my iced tea arrived without any lemon and no ice. Seriously, Jack In The Box employees, is that how you prefer your drinks? When you're paying nearly $3 for a drink, you expect it to be made just the way you want. Additionally, I found some staff to be less than friendly and not loud enough to be heard clearly.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The service is consistently top-notch, and I've never encountered any problems with my orders. However, I have noticed that the prices are slightly higher than at other locations, likely because it's the only Jack in the area off the freeway. The ice cream is also very delicious!
I'm definitely bringing all my cars here and recommending it to everyone I know! They repaired the dent on my wife's passenger door and painted it, along with some other nearby parts, so everything matches beautifully. Plus, the owners are truly wonderful people!

Absolutely great! I tried the new breakfast bagel with bacon. While it’s not exactly like a specialty bagel shop, at 2 for $5, it’s a convenient and tasty option!
When we arrived, a girl was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us until more people came in. We waited for 10 minutes just to get coffee and cake.
The soda could benefit from more regular checks; it was overly carbonated and didn't have much flavor.
The service was quick and friendly, and the food was freshly prepared! Definitely satisfying!
