On August 18, 2022, at 3 AM, I found myself in a crowded emergency room, feeling overwhelmed and hungry with no breaks in sight. I decided to use a mobile app to order a quick meal. Although part of my order was unavailable, the man at the window was incredibly polite and more than made up for it. This place has officially become my go-to spot for late-night food. The meals are consistently fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! I even woke my wife up just to FaceTime her my amazing burger, which she quickly hung up on, claiming I was just trying to rub it in her face (which I was). Big thanks to Jack and the team for a great experience!
I visited this morning before work after my doctor's appointment, and I was really impressed with the manager. He was incredibly kind and professional, making the experience feel more like a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast food chain. He took the time to check in with everyone, asking how they were doing and how their meals were. He consistently stopped by to ensure everything was going well, providing exceptional customer service. In my opinion, he’s definitely an asset to the team. Additionally, this Jack in the Box is one of the nicest and cleanest locations I've ever been to. I will definitely be returning!
I always try to be patient, but this has happened far too often. The drive-thru takes an eternity, but I keep telling myself that once I reach the window, my food will be fresh and hot. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. Twice now, I've received cold food after waiting about 15 minutes. Additionally, I ordered the popcorn chicken and barely got any chicken in the box. I end up going home to reheat everything. Please, get it together!
