I have had several disappointing experiences at this restaurant. Each time I've ordered takeout, at least half of my order is wrong, or they cancel it if I place it around 1 o'clock. They never seem to be prepared for the orders. I suggest looking for a different restaurant that offers better service. This place has lost my patronage.
I visited Jack In The Box late on a Sunday night and tried to order through the drive-thru, but the employee, Faith, was very rude. We ended up arguing, and I left without getting my food. Since we live just a minute away, we decided to go to the Vineyard location instead, where the staff were much friendlier and more welcoming.
The restaurant is unclean, the food is subpar, and the staff is very unfriendly. Additionally, it closes an hour earlier than expected. They do not handle complaints effectively and often brush off customers. I only visit due to its convenient location, but I will need to seek out better service elsewhere.
here at 1:15 o'clock and place does not close up to 2 o'clock. naaahhhh dame at the drive through said she closed at midnight. Why is she there anyway? It doesn't take so long to clean up. at least turn off the “open” light signs or put a few cone in their drive, so we know they are no longer open. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food consistently tastes like it’s been sitting around from the day before. I’ve ordered here twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The young employee at the drive-thru had a poor attitude that should be corrected. My curly fries were stuck together, and my burger tasted stale.
It takes a Lil long bit ik they are short staff just be patient with them got my order right accept they forgot my curly fries but it's ight still got food in my tummy so that's what counts BTW the food is bomb ??
Jalapeno poppers are good.sweet ice tea is better than soda.ask for less sauce on your burger ? they sometimes put to much.nice staff always trying to hurry ,it gets busy in lunch time.
I'm dining at Jack In The Box right now and ordered the number 7 from their menu. It’s a great bonus that my sister works here. I would definitely return! Reserva una mesa ahora
