I had a great experience at Jack in the Box during my first visit! I typically request my meals without cheese due to frequent bathroom visits, and they were more than happy to accommodate that. The food was served hot and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. The only minor issue was that my wife's shake came with two cherries, while mine only had one. Fortunately, the staff kindly provided me with the extra cherry. All in all, it was a pleasant dining experience.
This Jack in the Box location is disappointing. The staff consistently tries to upsell, making the order more expensive than it should be. The place is often dirty and seems to be a hangout spot for homeless individuals. There’s an unpleasant smell of sour milk and feet. I choose to drive farther just to avoid this location.
What is with Jack in the Box internal employees? I have been to several of them and find that employees do not brand their service as friendly. Corporate needs to have workshops that train people in positive attitude. I have been pondering on givingjack a review because I thought it was just I. It's not!
It seems the female Mexican staff work seamlessly together, with the leader keeping everything well-organized. The place is clean, fast, efficient, and friendly. This is the best Jack in the Box I've visited in the Bay Area! Reserva una mesa ahora
This drive-thru restaurant is impressively quick. They consistently get my order right, and my food is always served hot! I wholeheartedly recommend them and give them a 5-star rating.
Good food. Fast service. Deceitful practices. Combos come as a small, but when you order, they ask you ?medium or large? as if those were the only choices.
Jack In The Box truly rules the fast food scene. The food tastes great and closely matches the menu pictures. Well done, Jack!
