Last week I was in the drive thru line with four other cars, for over 10 minutes. During this time a Jack in the Box employee jumped over the front counter twice and was jumping up and down pointing to the line in the drive thru. A minute or two later the same employee who jumped over counter and who was visibly upset at the number of cars in drive thru line put yellow cones in front of drive thru and went back inside. This action caused me and four others to leave. I've managed restaurants before, I understand the need to close sometimes, but you always serve the people who were waiting before you decided to close. Jack In The Box is a great spot to stop, conveniently located right next to a gas station in the same parking lot. My kids and I visited two weeks ago and enjoyed a memorable lunch. My oldest son was in town for spring break, and we shared some good laughs while eating. The staff was very polite, and the food was fresh and tasty. We also met a kind homeless man named Robert outside, and my kids wanted to buy him lunch, so we did. We gently woke him by the side door and gave him his receipt and cup so he could get his food and drink whenever he was ready. I recommend this place to anyone who loves Jack In The Box. It’s a relaxed spot to stop, grab a bite, and stretch your legs.
I had overlooked this restaurant for a while, but when I came across it again, I was delighted. I had been looking for a quick meal in the area, so I decided to give this spot a chance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to sit down and savor my meal while it was still hot. I went to the drive-thru to place my order. The restaurant is situated on a busy street. Unfortunately, they got my drink order wrong; I requested a Dr. Pepper but ended up with a diet cola instead.
I've visited this place twice after 11 o'clock for milkshakes, and they always have them available. The presentation is impeccable, and the lady who serves from the car is consistently friendly.
I guess I'm biased cuz I use to work here. I love the service and shout out to the homeboy at the drive thru who hooked up my tacos! Good looking out!

We placed a large order and were instructed to park in the front. After waiting for about 10 minutes, our food was handed to us fresh and hot.
The second time I've come through the drive thru and the same lady said the system is closed. It says open 24 hours 7 days a week.
