Horrible experience with my credit card not being returned to me and being charged by someone else food. Management didn't help. It obviously was someone that worked there. That committed fraud on my account. The man name Ole said there was nothing he can so. Refused to give me name of manager, corporate number. Brushed me off a and told me to report it to my bank. He shouldn't be im charge standing there looking dumb. No option to give this review a 0. Thumbs down

First, as we pulled up to the speaker we were told that they open in 30 mins. Indicating that we come back. Ok. Did a small loop and came back. They were now open, but had difficulty translating our English into a food order. Needless to say, but if there was anywhere else open at that hour we should have gone there instead..

Thank you for the consistently poor quality of food and milkshakes at this restaurant. Despite visiting two days in a row, with a wait time of around 55 minutes each visit, no apologies were given by the workers. I will not be returning to Steele Lane in Santa Rosa, CA. Thank you.

The temperature of our food was lukewarm, which was a bit worrisome. The prices have increased due to inflation, and the portion sizes are noticeably smaller. I am not sure if I will return to Jack In the Box anytime soon.

I need 2 tacos for 99 in my life from time to time they’re always piping hot as fresh as jack n the crack can be. This location doesn’t disappoint, throw in some egg rolls churros Oooohhhh Yeeeeaaahhhh

Open 24 hours. Food is hot and served quickly and there is usually some form of entertainment with in eye sight. The perfect stop either coming home late or heading out super early.

The drive-thru customer service at this restaurant was exceptional. Both employees at the windows were very friendly, making it the best service I've received in a while.

Staff was very good. Obviously understaffed but they got it good out fast and accurate. Ordered the French toast sticks chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken tenders.

They got my order wrong and only gave me half the chicken. When did this get so expensive?
