The restaurant serves great food but the service is lacking. There are more pests and vermin in the lobby than there should be, making it a hotspot for occasional homeless individuals. While the homeless have a right to eat there, it can be uncomfortable due to their potential mental health issues. Additionally, the staff often make mistakes with orders, such as not paying attention to special requests like no tomato on a sandwich. Overall, the restaurant needs to improve its service and attention to detail for the sake of quality.
This used to be my go to jack in the box. Tonight was the third time in two weeks that I've come between 9:30pm and 11pm and there are either closed, the night crew didn't show up or my favorite was tonight temporarily closed to clean the vent hoods ill just drive further away to a slower but always open jack in the box. Not sure why actually being open when they say they are going to be open is so difficult at this location but if you value your time avoid this location, they just close whenever they feel like it.
This restaurant deserves zero stars. It should just close down. I tried to visit three times and couldn't even get through the doors, despite following the posted instructions. The staff and manager acted like they didn't even know the doors were locked. I will be reporting this location to the company and BBB. If they have staffing issues, they should update their hours or indicate that there is no dine-in option.
I only visit Jack in the Box for their shakes, as I am not a regular customer. This specific location consistently has employees who seem to dislike their job and lack good customer service skills. I wouldn't be shocked if they were harmful or disrespectful to the food before serving it to customers.

8:40 and no one is here. This is the 3rd time this has happened.I’ve attempted to get food here during normal business hours on different occasions and they are “closed”No sign or anything stating if they’ll be open or notThey should probably consider some new management.
I ordered 2 PLAIN chiken sandwiches and 2 tacos, they got everything right but instead someone gave me 1 chiken sandwich and that made me very disappointed.
this is the second time when I try the drive thru and they are closed. I thought the drive should be open 24 hours.
The girls went out tonight and quickly devoured this delicious meal. I was impressed by their speed!

The breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. The line was long but they moved it through quickly.
Very friendly but rushing me but I give it a four star because they're so friendly and nicer
