I had one of the worst experiences ordering through a restaurant app. I had already paid for my food, so my grandmother went to pick it up for me. She returned with the news that they no longer accept just the name; you now also need to show the phone used for the order. So, I took my phone and asked them to remake my order. They handed it to me, and I headed home. However, when I opened the bags, I discovered that half of my order was missing. I immediately called the number listed on Google Maps, but it went to a fax machine. I tried another number I found online, but it also rang before going to a fax machine. Place is clean . They look like they were short staff not sure?. The drive thru was pack and dine in area had some customers. A cashier name Brian a young boy did a good job . This young man had so much patience . Very nice and good customer service. The manager a lady was good too. Definitely would keep going here.
We had to wait for a bit before someone came to take our order since the staff were busy with the drive-thru. However, at least two employees mentioned they would be with us shortly, which we appreciated as they didn't ignore us. The food was good and served hot. They just need to hire more staff, shaking my head.

Prices have sky rocket by 50%. For processed food is unbelievable. Never eating at Jack's again!!! They're taking advantage of price hikes!!!
