It was cool stopping there because there was a spot on the side of the road where I could park my truck and the neatest family was in there and this mother was buying her older kids food and I go well what about me Mom just teasing her and she goes I'llget yours and I said oh no I'm just teasing she said oh no I want to buy yours but I said no that's fine but I can tell she wasa great mom that's something like my mom would say so of course I did tell her God bless her and your family and also tell herson make sure he takes excellent care of his mother and he said always so they were really nice and the people at the counterwere nice the place was clean fast convenient thank you
Sigh! All I can say is, if your stomach hurts its bc the employees touched everything else then touched your food. I ordered food from this location the other day. I watched one of the employees open boxes and touch everything around her before grabbingthe tacos with her bare hands. She didn't once STOP to WASH HER hands nor put on gloves. After she put the tacos up, the cashiergrabs them and places it in the bag to hand to me. I immediately requested a refund. No thank you! Infection control is not apriority at this location.
There was a leak in the kitchen, so they had to close everything down. The owner was very polite and explained that there was a broken pipe that needed a plumber to fix. She apologized for the inconvenience. Despite not being able to eat, the positive takeaway was seeing all the coworkers come together, help each other, and work as a team. That's what matters most.
This restaurant ranks among the worst I've visited. The staff failed to wear hairnets and struggled to understand basic orders. I ordered a combo meal with jalapeno nuggets, but my fries were absent because the employee neglected to prepare them. He even argued with me despite my presence the entire time. I expect a full refund to my account.

Good place to pull over, rest and get a bite to eat before Vallejo. Safe area and plenty of parking in parking lot or down the street at the park and ride. Service is great here no matter what time it is which is rare at JIB's.
I rated this restaurant 4 stars because it was enjoyable, but I was disappointed that my jumbo breakfast plate with bacon and sausage was missing the bacon.
This location is bangin most of the time 8 outta 10 times They are busy and they are slow bcuz they are good Pack ur patience for the drive thru line
The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo had less teriyaki chicken than I anticipated. The amount of chicken in the dish was insufficient.
