This Jack in the Box in Albuquerque is the most well-rounded and convenient fast food restaurant I've been to. It has become my family's favorite spot when we want to avoid cooking. Our go-to menu items are the nacho tiny tacos, sourdough jacks, and chicken fajita pitas. There’s always something new to try, which keeps it exciting. I must confess, I’ve gone there three times in one week because the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The service is efficient, with short wait times and quick-moving lines when there is one. I can always rely on getting my food fast, especially when I’m in a rush. Overall, it provides a fantastic fast food experience!
As far as the food goes Jack in the box is the king of all hamburger joints and probably always will be and ultimate cheeseburger is by definition the ultimate cheeseburger. I haven't found one bigger better and nastier on the planet yet and Iam a searcher a fantastic cheeseburgers and who the sun could come in a fast food joint wait I'm sorry Jack in the box is not afast food joint because they don't start making it until you get there love you Jack in the box
I have a deep fondness for Jack in the Box, having enjoyed their food since the 1970s. They excel in several areas, like serving breakfast all day, offering the tasty Sourdough Jack burger, and providing rich, creamy shakes. As an East Coast resident, visiting Jack in the Box is a delightful experience for me. Whenever I head out West, I'm grateful that Jack is there. It has become a must-visit spot for me and will always be part of my trips to the area.
Half of my order was missing. I reached out to Jack in the Box customer support but received no response. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this last experience was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. After being ignored by support, I won’t be returning. I placed my order through the mobile app and spent $38 on a poor meal that left my family unhappy because their food never arrived.

I visited Jack In The Box and went through the drive-thru to order some breakfast croissants. Although I had to wait a little while, the food was incredibly fresh and tasted fantastic. The menu selection is definitely worth the wait!
The cashier said they didn't have shakes, struggled to understand that I wanted both caramel and Mocha in my iced coffer. I seriously wonder if the cashier wasn't zoned out on some drug.
I requested extra sweet and sour dipping sauce but was met with an eye roll and given ranch dressing instead. Very disappointing.
The customer service was excellent! Everyone appeared to genuinely enjoy their work, unlike at other fast food places.
