Not only are they rude they're food is horrible sometimes In which other jack in the boxes are better , but they also close they're dining rooms randomly in which other jack in the boxes don't . This is just the closest 1 to me I don't drive at the moment. So I walk all the way up there just to get turned away because I'm not in a vehicle? Just dumb. I even called asked can I just order get the food from the drive in window since your dining room is closed randomly. Of course they said no because its a DRIVE IN. Bad customer service at the drive thru. The girl was rude and mean, took my order wrong and still had an attitude instead of fixing the order. Since the minute I started ordering she was rude by the time I got to the window she was yelling and mad. She shouldn’t work there if she doesn’t have what it takes to provide good customer service. I won’t go back there again.

Once it’s past 10 o’clock don’t even go hereWorker too busy playing with each other privates in the back they can’t attend the drive thru. I’ve came multiple times with atleast 2 3 worker cars in the parking lot and couldn’t get no service. Must’ve been eating that late night muchie meal, munchin on some manager nuts

I went to this place many years ago and found it quite sub par. small, combed, compact and dirty. it was pretty bad, maybe a bit more ghetto bounced than even the website at the NE corner of rosecrans santa fe. but they managed to feed me. one last digging place if they only have to eat somewhere. Dining room closed yet i can't buy lunch for my co workers on my bike via drive thru. Location dinning room been closed for weeks probably since they can't find workers.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, they had to be very old , and mostly batter , not much chicken. Everything else was good just the chicken fillet's were horrible.
