Jack In The Box

Tonight I sat in the drive through line for 35 min. I got to the window and they said it would be a bit as the food I ordered was not ready(only ordered tacos and a soda). Ended up not getting the food as I didn’t trust it once I saw the guy blow vap smoke out the drive through window. Also was wearing a backpack which was really odd. I feel awful for whoever owns this location as I watched other cars drive off. True disappointment. The crew I had last Saturday was nice and friendly. Being the location is so great I would suggest a food truck park up in the parking lot at night and they will probably make a killing with the customers this JNB runs off. This location could probably make more money by video taping the employees and selling it to other businesses on what not to do than trying to sell food.

Been stepping up their game. The only complaint I would have is that the tacos I could tell were pre made and maybe sitting a bit but they were still warm/hot and it was very good. Keep improving, one of our favorite spots.

Terrible service, drive thru people seem to be bothered by their job... probably should find another, maybe have a manager on weekends, seems the service goes the worst on weekends speaking of this location specifically.

This jack n the box is best in ofallon. The one on main Street is not worth the time. If you want hot food or breakfast at any time go to one on Bryan road.
