I went to this here to get some breakfast and the drive-thru woman was so disrespectful and I ask to speak to a manager and she was even worst.....The employees you have there r so unprofessional and so rude. The owner needs to hire and teach them customer services and to be nicer to paying customers. I even ask to have the owners name and phone number and they look at me and told to get the hell out of here.
Slow service. NO ICE!! Didn't tell us. Took awhile to receive a refund with rude acknowledgement. Asked for the cup back. Why? Are they going to reuse it?Looked at us with discust. Felt like no one knew what they were doing. As I was waiting for my order they asked if I already received it.Auto door entry on restroom not working. Needed someone to open with key! We will never GO BACK there. NEVER!!!!
This jack in the box is full of people that just dont care about service or quality. I get it its just a job to some people but take some pride in your work whether its your dream job or not. Multiple mistakes, cold food, forgetting items, bad attitudes over time nothing has gotten better. This jack in the box has proven why they have gone down hill not much of a fan anymore.
Never fails anytime there's a problem with my food they give me attitude. Worst part is, they like to talk about you to all the other employees so they can get in on the bad customer service. They gave me cold food and I asked to have it remade. They said I should call corperate instead of remake it. Omg wow. Smh Reserva una mesa ahora
