I visited this restaurant to pick up my mobile order and asked for my sandwich to be toasted and my food to be served hot. The manager confronted me loudly, saying, "I said excuse me!" in a disrespectful manner, insisting that all the bread is toasted and that I had placed my order eight minutes ago. When I reached the window, she said, "You always have a problem when you come here. Don't come back." At that point, I decided not to take my order. I would like a refund because just a few days prior, a different manager had no issue fulfilling my request for hot food on a mobile order. The behavior of this manager was very unprofessional; she even told her staff not to serve me in the future....
This restaurant, conveniently located near the del Norte Bart station, is always open and typically has a car or two in the drive-thru. The service is fast, and my orders have always been accurate and delivered promptly. They offer an online ordering app, and the drive-thru is efficient. Additionally, the dining room is open until 8 PM.
Absolutely terrible, the worst Jack in the Box I've ever visited. They're frequently out of multiple menu items, and the customer service is awful. They also make numerous mistakes with food orders. It's simply a waste of money. I will never return to this location.
The dine-in and drive-thru experience was quick and convenient. The staff were very patient and helpful. The atmosphere was great—clean and inviting. The restrooms were spacious and exceptionally clean for public facilities.

The restaurant often has several items on the menu that are unavailable when I attempt to place my order, and they frequently get my order wrong. I’m baffled by how they continue to operate with such inadequate service.
I like Jack in the box. The curly roasted are delicios, I always buy the number ten spice chicken. My little one loves the fries. Number three is good. You should try good service in this place.
This Jack In The Box location is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. The frustrating part is that they aren't even busy.
The location might raise some eyebrows, but the food is just what you’d expect from Jack In The Box.
