DISGUSTING, DESSERTED. From out of state. Never ate at a Jack n Box. Thought we would try something different… And boy was that a mistake… It was approximately 4:30pm and we thought it was closed. 1st impression was abandoned. Grass tall. Edit: I tried to give it another chance so I went through the drive-thru on 8/6 around 12:30pm. There were 2 cars at the window and one truck in front of me. She took the trucks order and when I pulled up to order she told me and the truck behind me they were “not taking any orders right now”. Not worth the trip. Cashier asked which type of burger I wanted twice and still gave me the wrong sandwich. The burger was hot, fries were not fresh.
So we haven't been to Jack in the Box for a hot minute but we were busy till late and it was there and I am very Glad I went the ladies working were Amazing my Food was Amazing and I will definitely be back again around the same time so I'm sure the ladies working were there from 3pm to maybe 11pm or something like that but they were really Great and doing a Fabulous job

The worst case of cross contamination I have ever seen. Handle money and then food with no gloves. I saw cheese touching his shirt (that was not a inform) before he put it on a taco. Fries cold. No one had a proper clothes on. I’m calling the health department on them now.
Closing at 8:39 and haven't been open even earlier than that. When it has been open the food was stale and cold as well as horrible customer service. I will never go to this establishment again and you shouldn't either.
First jack n the box in a long time to actually get the order out fast yet efficient as well, had hot fresh cooked everything and the staff was very patient with us and super kind, great experience

Most definitely not open 24 hours. Employees at as if they are closed and don’t saying anything as a customer pulls up to order. Don’t come here, wouldn’t recommend
The food was fresh and the employees were very professional and courteous!!
