They always mess up your order. I've had my order messed up here more times than I can count or missing items. Food is good sometimes but what can you expect from microwaved food? The service isn't the best at times. We had a young lady give us an attitude when we asked for no ice. She pretended she couldn't hear us and replied to us condensing. I understand fast food workers have it hard enough with rude customers but we weren't rude and both me and my boyfriend have worked in fast food for a long time before in other chain fast food restaurants and the behavior from her isn't acceptable. My family and I were coming from out of town and had a late night craving. Unfortunately for us, JIB was the only thing open. After ordering and driving a few blocks to out hotel room, we realized the fries are cold and we are missing two orders of tacos. We didn't get napkins in any of the bags(5 bags). Nor did I get, or offered for that matter, a receipt.. Seldom do you see a restaurant go far out of their way to provide such abysmal service and subpar, cold food.
Today May 27 Around10:20 I tried to order inside but there was a note that you ordered by drive trough even when there were people eating inside, I went to order outside and this person who was taking care of my order stopped answering me after a while answered me to just ignore me again, At this point I left the drive through.
So tired of going through and NEVER getting a complete order! Last time was wrong fries and burger bc of allergies. This time was missing food. If only one person is competent then so be it. I've worked fast food and it honestly is not as difficult as this location makes it. Tons of opportunities in this store

Went yesterday and for the second time they shorted me 1 taco from my order. Not sure what's going on in that place. If you can't count to 8 you should go back to school. I also customized my order with extra lettuce and extra sauce and neither happened.
One of the better places. The food was hot and does not taste fresh like the others in a Hayward that tastes like they got their vegetables from the garbage in their backs. I recommend the additional ride to this place.
Un like other locations there machines are not out of service and food is acceptable but will always need to tell them to make your food fresh but other than that I like this location
They always have fresh food. Served with a smile. And fast service. Great go to for a quick meal on the run. I especially like their onion rings!
