Every time I come to this location they mess my food up . I stay near by so it’s convenient but not when they can never get the order right . And it’s always a long line which is a long wait employees seem to be always laughing and talking to eachother instead of making sure the food is packed and passed out correctly. Management needs to really get they’re employees in line. And train them correctly . Great steakhouse, with an uppity waitstaff. The place itself was nice, w/ clean, crisp table cloths and all that you'd expect at a nice, classy restaurant. I got the NY cut, which was good... but not as flavorful as my date's Ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly, but even just by looking at the two, you could tell that the ribeye looked juicier and tastier (which it was). The sauteed button mushrooms were a good side, but was on the smaller size. In general a little overpriced, but pretty comparable to their competitors.
Whenever I visit an area that has a Jack in the Box, I always make it a point to enjoy at least one meal there. This location was tidy and well-maintained. The cashier was friendly, and we even had a pleasant little chat. The wait for our food was longer than at many similar establishments, but I believe the freshly made offerings are worth the wait.

Fantastic brunch venue! The seating is excellent, and the food is incredible. Don't miss the sweet potato fries. The dessert display has a wonderful selection, and every item on the menu is crafted with high-quality ingredients.
The food is always freshly cooked and served hot! This is definitely the best Jack In The Box I've encountered in Northern California! The staff is generally very friendly too!

I ordered a Teriyaki bowl, and it looked unappetizing and underseasoned. I'm not sure how this can even be considered a Teriyaki dish!
