I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. Since I get off work late at night, Jack in the Box is one of the few places open for a midnight meal. However, on my recent visits, I placed an order only to find the location closed, even though their hours clearly state they're open until 2 AM. This seems to always happen when a specific manager is on duty. I work hard for my money, and if I’m spending it on food, I expect to actually receive what I paid for instead of feeling like my money has gone to waste. Paris, Texas. I ordered a double jack combo and the fries were great the drink was awesome the lady who served it to me was very nice but the burger was fkn horrible, the main ingredient was mustard, it was dripping everywhere it was so watery and so much of it that it made the burger inedible. Absolutely disgusting! When you order a double meat cheeseburger you would think there would be more meat than mustard but that was not the case with this burger.
I ordered fries and a tea, but when I returned to my job, the fries were cold, stale, and hard. I tried calling the restaurant 11 times within 10 minutes, but no one answered. Each time, the call was disconnected after different numbers of rings. I won't be coming back.
The lady at the drive thru window was sooooo busy working two positions that she forgot to take my payment. It's such a shame that people that WANT to work have to be stretched so thin! ? Yes, I did bring it to her attention, and I did pay.

The food was great, and the sweet tea was outstanding. The service was friendly, although a bit slow since the person at the window was busy preparing a complicated ice cream order for the cars behind us. I would definitely return.
They did a great job with my ultimate Cheeseburger and the curly Pommes were on site! Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I was too hungry to take photos! Next time sure tho!
The guy working the fryer was dropping food in it with his bare hands no glove the manager didn't have a hat on in the kitchen and they had employee drinks
Alright here's the thing, as compared to other Jack in Box's this place is one of the better ones, but my four is used when comparing against fast food
