IM NOT RATING EMPLOYEES! I am rating the franchise owners for stealing from their customer via the app! On 05/03/22 I first ordered on the app at the gordon st location, they were out of everything from tacos to ranch. they were trying their best. TONIGHT 05/13/22 I ORDERED ON THE APP AGAIN. Changed locations this time just to be safe. Well they were closed for cleaning but open on the app! Was told to go to the gordon one because they're owned by the same people and could fulfill my order, well well well what do you know their closed as well! Seriously deserve a refund a like 5000 in gift cards at this point!
Our experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. We had to repeat our order multiple times at the ordering box, and even after it was confirmed on the screen, we drove up to pay only to have to send the staff member back several times to complete our order. It was really ridiculous and aggravating.
They offer food that I really want to eat. I pay them, and they prepare the meal. I hand over the cash, and they give me the bag. But when I look inside, I notice they shortchanged me. I express my gratitude, and they respond positively. Overall, it's a decent way to start the day. Thanks, Jack's crew!
