I went there for monster tacos. Was told they no longer have that on their menu... Young female at the window. Was so apologetic for the delay. I read the sign in the window, asking to give feedback on your service. She was so sweet. I had to lether know that she was doing a great job and I appreciated her. I've been going to this location for a while, and it's been average , but my latest visit was abysmal. Ordered a Buttery Jack, which was basically a bun, lettuce, and a dried out patty of who knows what. Absolutely tasteless. Took a bite spit it out,threw the rest of it away. Also ordered large fries which ended up being a tangled mess of raw potato? strings, threw those out.Absolute disappointment and waste of time, money.
This restaurant is truly a Jack in the Box. The curly fries are consistently crispy, the hash browns are seldom excessive or soggy, and the chicken strips are perfectly cooked. The staff is efficient and friendly at all hours of the day. There isn't much more to say—if you're in the mood for something from Jack in the Box, this is definitely a great place to go.
Wow I actually have to give this Jack in the Box a decent rating. Too bad they forgot a couple of our food items, and worse they didn't know their own menu. Note to all management teams, teach your staff what items are available and for the length of time.Still food was descent and staff was friendly. I'll go back just to get the Monster Tacos.???? That was a clean location and a good service. When I'm out of town, I'm dependent on fast food to serve what I know will be enough, that's exactly what Jack did in the box. I always check the cleanliness of the plant and the service. The quality and taste of the food should always be a particular one and this place meets all requirements!
Times have changed a lot with service. Or maybe we just allowed things to be different. I no longer get napkins I have to request them. And then they grab them into a ball and hand them to you. I remember they used to come folded at one time. Onceagain I blame the management for allowing poor service.
Cozy little spot with plenty of comfortable seating indoors. There's no outdoor seating available. The staff is security personnel. The portion sizes are generous. The salad is very fresh and crunchy. The mini spicy tacos are delicious. The curly fries are crispy and served hot. Everything I enjoy!
